I have a new short story up this week at ThePeeq, which is a novel concept--a literate online sex magazine run by people who actually have sex.

So Much To Do On Offsprung!

After months of working alone in dark basements, we launched Offsprung V. 2.0 today, and I couldn't be more excited. There are so many amazing new features. Let's get right to them.

--Reproduciness, our new column for original humor videos, essays, high-concept pieces, fake blogs, comics, cartoons, and whatever other media works on the Internet. This week, we're debuting the first installment of Offsprung's Guide To Hipster Parents, written by Robert Lanham, author of The Hipster Handbook. And today, we debuted Reproduciness with an original "viral video" starring the father-son comedy team of Neal and Elijah Pollack, directed by Nicholas Simon. It's already a category 3 phenomenon, and it's picking up speed.

Meanwhile, we have three new blogs. Dr. Rob is our new pediatrician. There's also Cheapster, a bargain shopping blog, and Matineer, a movie blog. Because, you know, Offsprung didn't already have enough blogs.

Finally, we've unveiled a boatload of wondrous new community features. We have enhanced personal profiles, a fabulous new "Family Album", and, for the flirtatious among us, a private on-site messaging system.

Offsprung: Be Part Of It.

I've got to come up with a better slogan than that.

Head over and let me know what you think.

  • Neal Pollack tweeted, "Dear PR person: Even though the proceeds are going to charity, I don't want to write about a "signature" Tony Hawk cupcake. Best, Neal."
